Today Jeff did a demo on how to use the protrak laser alignment system. Very interesting to actually see it work on a big truck. I can definitely say I like the idea of the lasers, but overall I like the string and tape measures myself. It was interesting to see also about how much just a little play in the steering can affect the steering wheel and the way the entire system performs. Today I also did a routine maintenance on the other front wheel bearing on my truck which included taking the wheel hub assembly off and changing out the grease and resurfacing the brake components.
